Land & Property Services

We assist members in purchasing, leasing, or exchanging plots, lands, and buildings across Kerala and Tamil Nadu. The society also manages land banks for future projects and resale.
Our property team manages society-owned lands and buildings, offering rental services, lease management, and resale support for member-owned properties.
We convert underutilized or partly developed land into organized residential layouts with roads, drainage, power supply, and community infrastructure.
Certified professionals prepare detailed valuation reports for residential, commercial, and industrial properties to support buying, selling, insurance, and loan purposes.
We help members obtain housing loans by partnering with district cooperative banks, urban cooperative banks, and housing federations.
Materials & Machinery
We provide quality construction materials and equipment at cooperative rates. From raw materials to machinery rentals, our services are designed to support members in executing projects efficiently and economically.
We procure and distribute construction essentials such as cement, steel, bricks, aggregates, tiles, paints, and electrical fittings to members at competitive cooperative rates.
Members can rent construction machinery and tools like concrete mixers, scaffolding, water pumps, cutting machines, etc., for their projects through our centralized inventory.
We manage warehousing facilities to store construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring timely access during project execution.
We promote the use of eco-friendly, energy-efficient materials and construction practices such as solar panels, fly-ash bricks, rainwater harvesting systems, and sustainable insulation solutions.
Township & Community Projects
